► Trenchless Pipe Lining
Trenchless "Cured in Place" Drain Lining Due to crumbling city infrastructure and lack of cash flow, aging and rotting sewer lines are costing cities, tax payers, home owners, and businesses millions of dollars a year to repair or maintain old clay and cast iron sewer lines. Now there is a new way to repair/reline your old sewer pipe from the building or home to the city line in the middle of the street with very little excavation. You can now save the drive way, landscape, trees, parking lot and save at least 25 - 45% over the old method. Pacific Plumbing's proven trenchless process can install a 4''-10'' pipe liner made of durable PVC and epoxy from the building, home, or business to the main line in the street with little or no excavation. The old method of replacing drain line pipe is destructive to foundations, landscaping, drive ways, yards, and concrete. What a mess! Not to mention it takes at least three days or more to complete, a city permit, and cost a lot of money! Pacific Plumbing's products and system is approved and third party tested to meet ASTM specifications for a life span of 50 years or more. All work is performed by certified professionals by a 3'x4' access hole at the building. The new cured-in-place pipe liner smoothes out offsets caused by root damage and is smoother than cast iron, or clay pipes increasing flow capacity and eliminating future blockages due to normal use. The new seamless pipe will fill in gaps and voids including cast iron and clay pipe by molding it's self to the old pipe, becoming a pipe within a pipe. This will eliminate roots from entering the line in the future. The process when cured in place and complete will withstand every corrosive environment and enhances the structural strength of the host pipe meeting ASTM D790 and UPC standards. We believe in our products so much we warranty the line for as long as you own your home, and we can do all of this with out blocking off the road and tearing up the place! Model: Cambridge Walk-In Bath Tub & Powered Bath Seat This standard length walk in bathtub provides a very effective solution to everyday bathing problems and can simply be fitted in place of your existing tub to allow you to continue to lie down and luxuriate in a bathtub full of water. The Cambridge walk in bathtub allows you to simply step in through its conveniently sited side entry door. Once in, make yourself comfortable on the contoured bath seat, turn the handle to seal the door and open the taps. It's as simple as that. Once the tub is filled to your satisfaction press the button and you will be gently lowered into the water. Lie back and enjoy your bath.
